Rojas MarcosProf. Luis Rojas Marcos
Prof. Rojas Marcos was born in Seville, Spain in1943. Immediately after graduating from Seville University Medical School in 1967, he emigrated to New York City where he completed his residency training in Psychiatry at New York University (NYU) and Bellevue Hospital Center in 1972. He is currently a tenured Professor of Psychiatry and Medical Director for Affiliations at New York University School of Medicine. Member of the City’s Emergency Management, Prof. Rojas Marcos Marcos was on the front line during the tragic events of September 11, 2001. He has been the longest serving President of the Corporation (1995-2002). He has published extensively in English and Spanish in the areas of public health and cultural psychiatry.

JohnsonDra. Catherine Johnson, PhD
Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours), majors in Psychology and Physiology and a Bachelor of Arts (major in History and minor in Politics) before completing a PhD in Psychology (1997-2001) at Monash University, in Melbourne Australia. Her thesis topic was “Movement preparation and execution in Huntington’s and Parkinson’s diseases”, under the supervision of Professor John Bradshaw, Professor Bob Iansek and Dr Ross Cunnington. She worked then for three years as a management consultant with Bain & Company in Melbourne (2001–2004) before returning to science to work as a research fellow in Trinity College Dublin, under the direction of Professor Ian Robertson (Psychology) and Professor Michael Gill (Psychiatry) (2004–2009). She joined he School of Psychology at Queen’s University Belfast in March 2009. Her research focuses on the physiological and cognitive deficits associated with childhood psychiatric disorders, especially attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism.

KropotovProf. Jury D. Kropotov
This particle physicist was born in St. Petersburg (Russia) and he is one of the world’s brightest minds. His work and investigations, along with scientists like Schrödinger and Feynman has contributed to uncover the misteries of Life and the information processes hidden in neural networks” Director of Laboratory for Neurobiology of Action Programming, Institute of the Human Brain of Russian Academy of Sciences. He won the USSR State Prize in Science in 1985 Professor at the Institute of Psychology, Norwegian University for Science and Technology, Trondhem, Norway. He’s recently published his book “Quantitative EEG, Event Related Potentials and Neurotherapy”, one of the world’s most significant works in the area of Neuroscience.

GunkelmanJay Gunkelman
This Neuropsychologist was Licensed on qEEG, biofeedback and Neurofeedback in 2002 by the AAPB Board, California, USA, started in 1972 with the first State Hospital based biofeedback laboratory, and then specializing in EEG for decades, Jay is one of the most experienced Clinical and research EEG/qEEG specialists in the world. He has recorded more 500.000 EEGs. Author of many scientific papers, and a mounting list of books, his depth of understanding of the mind/brain's function is unique. Jay is a popular lecturer world-wide, and he has occupied leadership positions in the field's professional societies, as well as running a successful EEG/qEEG business.

PaniProf. Luca Pani
Professor Pani is Director of the Neuropharmacology Section at the Institute of Biomedical Technologies National Research Council in Pula (Cagliari), Italy. He holds most of the shares of PharmaNess S.c.a.r.l., one of the most important non-profit Research Centres focusing on pharmacology and biotechnology. In 2007 Luca Pani entered a partnership with John Fairbairn and Bruno Kavanaugh to promote medical formation of the highest level as well as for spreading information related to Mental Disorders. He is also a Professor and International Consultant in Psychopharmacology and heads many clinical research projects in the area of Bipolar Disorders and Treatment of First Stage Psychosis. Prof. Pani has become an international reference in molecular biology applied to the design of psychopharmacologycal products.

MilgromDr. Lionel Milgrom
Dr. Lionel Milgrom has been researching in porphyrin chemistry for over 24 years. His fascination for these colourful compounds began as a Post Graduate Research Assistant with Prof. G.W. Kenner at Liverpool University and continued with Dr. J. Dalton at the City of London Polytechnic, followed by working as a Post Doctoral Research Assistant with Prof. D.F. Evans FRS and Prof W.J. Albery FRS at Imperial College of Science and Technology. His independent research career included posts as senior lecturer in inorganic chemistry at Kingston Polytechnic and then Brunel University before moving back as a Senior Visiting Scientist to Imperial College in collaboration with Prof. Phillips.

He is author or co-author of some 70 academic papers on various scientific aspects of porphyrins, has written a book on the chemistry of porphyrins and related compounds entitled, ‘The Colours of Life’, and is a respected science writer and communicator with many articles and reviews published in broadsheets and magazines.

KuhleDr. Hans-Jürgen Kühle
Born in Hannover, Germany, in 1954, he graduated at Giessen, Germany and at University of Chile in Valparaiso, Chile, he obtained his degree in Medicine in 1980. He received his doctor degree in 1982 specializing on pediatrics and neuropediatrics. Dr. Kuehle has focused his research and studies on Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), performing studies on facial expressions of emotions and mathematical tasks performance on children with ADHD and studying their reactions to determine the optimal dosis of stimulant medication.

FernándezDr. Alberto Fernández Jaén
Dr. Alberto Fernandez is Chief of the Neuropediatrics Department at Quiron Hospital, in Madrid. He studied Medicine and Surgery at the Autonomous University of Madrid and received his Doctor’s Degree in Pediatrics. Doctor Fernandez also obtained an International Master in Psychology. He is a member of the Pediatrics Society of Madrid and Castilla-La Mancha, the Spanish Society of Pediatric Neurology and the Spanish Society of Neurology, among others. He is also a consultant and cooperates with many societies that specialize in helping children with different syndromes and diseases. Dr. Fernandez is the author of many national and international publications about ADHD.
